The Texas Holdem Edge app currently does not collect any data about the games played or buttons pushed. No personal information is gathered about app users, unless they which to voluntarily contact Interactive Aptitude LLC directly. None of this data is shared with a third party. User data is only retained on the user’s phone when it is in use and disappears when app is closed. Future versions will allow for users to save games for future reference. Note that all algorithms of analysis are only on the device and do not require Wi-Fi access.
